Cosmetic condition:

The top of the disc is in excellent condition with hardly any noticeable wear. The bottom shows light scratches of varying lengths, but none are very deep or long. The case/box is in acceptable condition with noticeable scratches, small stains, small rips, major creases, and other signs of wear. 

Functionality condition:

While the game has minor scratches, it has been fully tested and works great.
